Upon registering with us, the employer will provide the name of the company, an employer identification number, details about the company's existing retirement plans, and an e-mail address and other relevant plan information. If you are an employee, your employer will provide (RP Resources) with information about you, including name, social security number, annual income, address, length of service, gender, marital status, date of hire, date of birth and email address and other relevant plan information. This information is used to administer the plan and manage the employee's account.
Only an authorized representative of the employer or (RP Resources) can update or modify any plan information or employee data.
We will share employee account information only with (RP Resources) affiliates involved in the management of the employee's account, including the employer, the financial advisor on record, the mutual fund company and the financial services provider. (RP Resources) expressly reserves the right to disclose or report any of your information to any third party as permitted by law, including, without limitation, in circumstances where we reasonably deem it necessary to comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations, to cooperate with government or industry regulators and law enforcement officials, to perform any necessary credit checks or collect or report debts owed to us, to protect our rights or property or upon the reasonable request of a mutual fund in which you have chosen to invest.
